I used another vendor at my previous residence and he started doing the work on my new house and left me high and dry. Brian and his team came in and took over where he left off (he had only installed some speakers) and got a smart home system up and running for me. Over the last several years they have helped me expand my original system. Brian is always amazingly helpful in presenting the options with the latest technology and helping me decide they way to proceed. I may not be close to the biggest install they have done but they have always made me feel like a priority.
